I’m Brandon Losacker, a Cincinnati filmmaker with more than 20 years in the edit. I build each film by hand, with personal sequencing and music editing. Your staff can offer a professionally produced service without taking on the production.

After complete, usable materials arrive, subject to scheduling confirmation. We agree on the review window and final deadline first. Rush availability and fully custom schedules are confirmed individually.
The practical details

Can the finished film carry our funeral home’s name?
Yes. Your logo and contact details can appear on the finished film, with no Montages in Motion branding. You remain the family’s contact unless you ask me to coordinate directly.
What are the partner rates?
Wholesale production rates are shared privately with funeral homes and memorial providers. You pay Montages in Motion for production and choose your own retail price or bundle. The prices on this page are direct-to-family prices, not required resale prices. Request the private partner sheet by email.
How quickly can you deliver?
The target for Essential and Signature is approximately 48–72 hours after complete, usable materials arrive and the production slot is confirmed. The service date, review deadline and delivery time are agreed before work starts. Late materials or feedback can affect delivery. Rush work depends on availability; fully custom films have separate schedules.
What do we send, and how?
Send the selected digital photographs, any in-scope clips, approved name and dates, a few personal notes, your logo if wanted, and the service date and playback requirements. Use Google Drive, Dropbox or another agreed transfer method. You collect family permission to use the supplied material. Please do not send sensitive media through the inquiry form.
How do music requests work?
The streamlined packages include library music licensed for the agreed film use. Tell me whether the film will screen at a service, be posted online or be livestreamed so the relevant license can be checked. A purchased song or streaming subscription is not permission to synchronize it to a film. Commercial-song requests require suitable rights clearance before use and may add cost or time.
What happens during review?
One contact gathers the family’s feedback into one consolidated correction round. This covers names, dates, captions and small adjustments within the agreed brief. Additional photos, a different creative direction or major restructuring are quoted before proceeding. Please allow time for family approval and a venue playback check.
How are files delivered and kept private?
The finished 1080p MP4 is delivered through an agreed download link. Confirm the venue’s technical requirements before editing and test playback before the service. Source materials and finished films are not used in a portfolio without separate permission. Access, download availability and retention or deletion arrangements are confirmed when booking; this is not a permanent archive service.
Do we need a subscription or minimum commitment?
No subscription, minimum volume or ongoing contract is required. Start with one film. Scope, deadline, payment terms and any extras are confirmed in writing before production.
We already make tribute videos. Is this still useful?
Yes. Offer it as a more personally edited option or bring me in when your team needs extra production capacity. Your existing process can stay in place, and your staff does not need to edit the film.
Can a family contact you directly?
Absolutely. Families can commission the same published packages directly. If a funeral home is already arranging the film, tell me so I can keep communication coordinated.
