Your Memories Deserve a Standing Ovation

You send the photos, phone footage, home movies, and beautiful mess you already have. I turn it into a music-driven film people actually want to watch.

Most client work remains private. These are simply the projects families have allowed me to share publicly, not the full body of work.

The films I make

Every story deserves the right cut.

One studio, a very wide emotional range. The media changes the temperature. The craft stays the same.

The editing is the product

The difference is in the edit.

The source material can be ordinary. The finished film should not be.

Music, pacing, sequencing, visual treatment, humor, and emotional structure turn a camera roll into a film. That judgment is the work you are commissioning.

  • SelectionThe right moments, not every moment.
  • MusicCut to the frame, never dropped underneath.
  • PacingBuilt for the laugh, the turn, and the quiet beat after it.

Beautiful films. Honest pricing.

Creative work, not a toppings menu. Every quote is fixed in writing before the edit begins.

Essential Film

from $2,950

A focused 5 to 8 minute story for one self-contained moment.

Signature Story

from $8,500

A deeper 10 to 20 minute narrative with room for a life to breathe.

We lost our dog of fourteen years last spring. I thought a tribute video might feel silly, but she was part of our family and I wanted the kids to remember her. Brandon treated it as seriously as he would anyone's grandfather. When it was done my youngest watched it and said 'she's still here.' That's what he does. He doesn't make videos. He gives you the person, or in our case the dog, back for a few minutes.

The Montage Method

Three beats. No homework.

01

Tell me the story

The occasion, the date, and the person at the center of it. I respond personally.

02

Send the meaningful pieces

Usually Google Drive or Dropbox, but whatever transfer method works for you. No renaming, perfect folders, or deciding the final order.

03

Premiere the film

You review it. I polish it. You receive a room-ready file and a version made for sharing.

See all five steps

Made by hand, by one person

The person you call is the person in the edit.

Montages in Motion is Brandon Losacker, a Cincinnati filmmaker and editor with more than twenty years shaping photos, video, and music into films for families across the country.

No junior editors. No template service. No handoffs. The same pair of hands, whether the film screens at a backyard party or lives in a family archive for generations.
